Earlier I posted about Google’s projection that the current $20 billion display ad market would increase fivefold in the near future. Being a rounding error in a market growing this massively can be more lucrative than being a leader in other more popular markets for entrepreneurs such as music, which are much smaller markets. Designing a business that can draft on this growth offers more possibility for success than a business in which one needs to invent a revenue model.
