“Each outcrop was discovered to possess another geochemical signature, but it was the opportunity to check the returned core which allowed us to identify the resource location for any Stonehenge sarsens.”

“While we’d the suspicions of ours that Stonehenge’s sarsens originated from the MarlboroughDowns, we did not know for certain, and also with places of sarsens across Wiltshire, the stones might came from anyplace.
